At Majestic International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your garment is not a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
